We have received almost zero communication during the entire process; having to reach out to the incompetent staff at their local office for anything resembling an update. Estimate after estimate of completion being pushed back months and months. And now the loan department has wrapped up their end of things and are expecting to close in less than 2 weeks. It being finished in under 9 months let alone 2 weeks more is quite apparently insurmountable for them. They obviously have problems not only communicating with me but their entire extended network.
